What I love most about my work is being able to support a team who are deeply connected to their mahi and driven by purpose. It's inspiring to work alongside people who are genuinely passionate about making a positive impact in our communities. I also value the flexibility of being able to do this work from home—it means I can contribute meaningfully while still being present for my young whānau. It’s a balance I’m truly grateful for.
